Editorial standards and review policy
PokerOddz is an educational publishing project about Texas Hold'em probability. This page explains how lessons are produced, reviewed, corrected, and separated from advertising.
1. Original content requirements
New lessons must include original examples, explicit assumptions, and at least one worked numerical walkthrough. We do not publish template-style pages generated from generic text or spun summaries.
2. Technical verification workflow
Probability claims are checked against reproducible calculations. Simulation behavior is verified with fixed inputs for hand cards, board cards, active opponents, and precision.
3. Correction policy
Reader-reported issues are investigated using reproducible data. If an error is confirmed, the affected article is corrected and its review timestamp is updated.
4. Advertising independence
Ad placements and sponsorship decisions do not alter calculator output, lesson conclusions, or review decisions. Educational accuracy takes priority over engagement metrics.
Scope boundaries
PokerOddz does not provide gambling services, betting transactions, affiliate wagering links, or real-money game access. Content is written for off-table study and completed-hand review.
We avoid prescriptive guarantees such as "always call" or "never fold." Recommendations are presented as model outputs constrained by assumptions.
